A true beach retreat, the open upstairs area of Yallingup Longboard House has a wonderfully light, fresh feel with a modern spacious kitchen and dining area, sliding doors open onto a large entertaining deck complete with BBQ and outdoor setting. Enjoy the modern finishes throughout the stylish living area which include leather lounges surrounding an open fire along with reverse air conditioning for the summer months.
The generous master bedroom upstairs with queen bed, opens into the luxury ensuite complete with an oval step-up spa bath, shower, large-mirrored vanity, and separate toilet. The second bedroom upstairs has a comfortable queen bed. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle air conditioning. A third toilet with a wash basin services the upstairs area of the house.
The lower entry section of the house has 2 large bedrooms with reverse cycle air conditioning. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the other a family room with a queen bed and a double bunk bed (double below, single on top). Both bedrooms downstairs share a spacious bathroom (shower and vanity) with a separate toilet. The laundry is well equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer to service those on a longer holiday stay.
The downstairs entertainment area has comfortable lounges, TV, DVD and stereo making this the perfect kids hang out space.
