Living Waters.
Living Waters is a six bedroom waterfront home in Geographe, Busselton, set on 23 metres of private canal frontage with its own jetty. Guests wake to sunrise over the estuary on one side and watch the sunset over the canal on the other, with dolphins known to pass by the back door.
The ground floor opens to a living room with a stone fireplace and canal views, and a dining area with a glass table that looks out over the marina. The kitchen sits alongside, with an outdoor BBQ area just beyond for alfresco meals by the water. Upstairs, a second living area features a curved sofa, a central ottoman and a circular ceiling light, giving families their own space to spread out. A media room and games area with a billiards table give the group somewhere to settle in for a movie night or a game, away from the main living areas.
Across six bedrooms, the home sleeps up to twelve. Two rooms have king beds, one has a queen, one a double, and two combine a queen or double with a double futon, suiting groups or families with children. Six bathrooms serve the home throughout.
Outdoors, the private jetty means a boat or yacht can moor right at the house, with a balcony, garden and deck adding further space to relax. From morning swims to evening drinks on the water, Busselton Living Waters is built for a group to spread out and make the most of every part of the stay.
